With ASG’s “one-stop shop” process, we provide our customers with the comfort of knowing they only have to handle the project with one person. Bringing in 3rd party designers or contractors could result in a liability gap from unclear communication. Our project managers provide quick updates on projects, making sure deadlines are met and making sure we deliver on all our customers needs until the project’s completion.
Design Build Success: Water / Water Waste
A combination of high quality assembly standards, timely delivery, custom design and competitive pricing gave ASG the edge when chosen for a project with a customer. A typical project will feature interactive collaboration with ASG engineering, starting with pre-construction design reviews, ending with stringent testing and documentation of hundreds of I/O points and individual components that will guarantee a fully functional, trouble free system that is ready for permanent operation upon arrival on site.
Current ASG projects in production include dozens of panels built that require process upgrade commitments to treatment plants to meet evolving treatment standards. These panels have a requirement for highly reliable components, from the PLC to the uninterruptible power supplies, to the displays and communication subsystems. The sophisticated electrical designs require a high degree of attention to numerous details, and experience with a range of expertise in component operation and design provided by ASG teams.
A typical panel for our customer is housed in large steel enclosure, often with a companion enclosure for additional capacity, and includes several hundred input/outputs with fused terminations that tie into a PLC, with redundant power UPS, touch screen display, ethernet switch, relays, switches and tags.
